• Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa/JazzCash, and any other methods shown at checkout.

4. Order Confirmation

• After placing an order, you will receive an email or SMS or WhatsApp message confirmation.
• Zoarf.pk reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, incomplete information, or suspicious activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on location.
• Delays caused by courier services or external factors are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Items can only be returned or exchanged if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect, and if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our part.

7. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for Limited Time from the date of issue.
• They can be used for specific products on Zoarf.pk and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• Zoarf.pk is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
