💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available nationwide across Pakistan.

💳 Bank Transfer

  • You can transfer the payment directly to our bank account.

  • Bank details will be shared during checkout or after order confirmation.

📱 Easypaisa / JazzCash

  • Send your payment via mobile wallet apps like Easypaisa or JazzCash.

  • Details provided at checkout or in your confirmation email.

🌐 Debit/Credit Cards 

  • Secure online payment using Visa or MasterCard.

  • All transactions are encrypted and secure.

  • A damaged or incorrect item

  • An incomplete order

  • Or have any other concern related to your purchase

Shipping and Handling

At Zoarf.pk, we aim to deliver your favorite handbags quickly and safely, right to your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and handling process:

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

🚛 Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on your city/location)

  • Remote Areas: May take slightly longer

Please note that delivery timelines may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: PKR 200 nationwide

  • Free Shipping: On orders over PKR 3,000

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

📦 Packaging

  • All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • In case of any visible damage on the package, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

At Zoarf.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to make things right.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact

Note: Color differences due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.

Timeframe

  • All return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible.

🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via the Contact Us form, WhatsApp (0325 2003332), or email (contact@zoarf.pk).

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.


🔒 Important Notes

  • We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will be exchanged or credited via store credit.

  • Items bought on sale or promotion are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged or incorrect.
